Internal government communications
An effective organization needs to clearly communicate its purpose and goals to its most important stakeholders - its employees. Communicating to staff clearly, regularly and in manner that resonates personally are keys to ensuring staff hear your message and embody it in their everyday work. Working closely with executive level staff, I help them understand the principles of effective communication, set their staff engagement goals and create a road map to success.
